Licensed in 2005 as a salesperson, and earning her broker’s license in March of 2014, Alice has worked at C. J. Kimberly Realtors full time as a property manager and sales associate since 2006. Her previous work as a process server, private investigator and paralegal has been a useful base on which to build her real estate career since moving to Hawaii in 2004 from Las Vegas, NV. Allie is the head of Property Management and has an assistant (licensed realtor) to help with this busy portion of her day to day tasks. Previously living in the resort communities of the Ozarks lakes area, Las Vegas and currently Kailua Kona, Alice has spent most of her adult life meeting and doing business with people from all over the world which she feels is one of the most enjoyable facets of being a Realtor. Having moved to Hawaii from the mainland herself, Alice is also in tune with the myriad details and challenges of relocating to an island, and this helps make “Welcome Home” a reality for her clients.
