Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, Carol with her parents and siblings, moved to Honolulu in 1978. She graduated from Henry J. Kaiser High School and went on to graduate from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a B. A. in Economics/minor in Accounting.

During high school, Carol worked as a bookkeeper for a homeowner's association in Kalama Valley in Hawaii Kai. With this experience, upon college graduation, landed her positions in accounts receivable, collections, and payroll supervisor for companies like Blackfield Hawaii Corp., Mid Pacific Air, and Crazy Shirts.

Carol moved to Maui with her husband in 1992 and expanded her family. She was a stay-home mom until 2000 when she worked as front office manager/secretary for St. Joseph School in Makawao. It was here, being face-to-face with people she decided she wanted to work in Real Estate, "helping people" find their share of the Maui lifestyle and Turning Their Dreams into an Address.
